Senior Accounting Leadership Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Semi-Qualified CA to take charge in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 10+ accounting professionals
• Single-handedly manage income tax and GST return filing, handling notices, audits, and financial closings
• Deal directly with clients to provide solutions and build relationships
• Prepare management reports and update firm leadership
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter or equivalent)
• Experience: 3-8 years in accounting and taxation
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and handle responsibilities independently
• Strong skills in Income Tax, GST, audit processes, client interaction, and financial reporting
