This position will work closely with Key Account managers Customers by ensuring executional excellence to help build and deliver on the eCommerce growth agenda
Work with KAMs / Supply chain / Internal stakeholders / Stockists etc. to ensure 100% availability across all platforms by ensuring timely PO tracking / Delivery
Work with Finance to Analyze and process platform claims in a timely manner
Analyze the platform data on Business / offtakes regularly to understand and call out trends
Ensure Listing / Linking of required SKUs across Platforms / WHs
Collaborate with both external / Internal stakeholders during events to ensure all key / exclusive packs are created / moved and in-warded in time
Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)
Account Management Background
Expert in Microsoft Office (Must have skills in MS Doc, Excel, ppt ) .
Expertise in MS Project or Smart Sheet is added advantage
