This is a hybrid role requiring you to work in our office in London or Manchester 2 days per week.

About the job

We're looking for a talented and versatile B2B Copywriter to help shape the voice of Binq. You’ll be central to our content strategy, creating friendly, helpful, and educational articles that make business owners feel supported, informed, and empowered.

This is more than just writing. It’s about becoming a trusted voice for our members, like the adviser or mate every business owner wishes they had.

What you’ll be doing for us
• Write clear, engaging, and practical content for Binq’s blog, guides, newsletters, and website
• Break down complex topics like funding, energy switching, insurance, and business growth into simple, useful advice
• Research the latest SME trends and pain points, turning insights into high-performing content
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns, member needs, and seasonal trends
• Help shape Binq’s tone of voice: approachable, supportive, and straight to the point
• Optimise content for SEO and user intent

About you
• You’re an experienced B2B writer with a knack of making jargon understandable
• You’ve written for SMEs, fintechs, SaaS platforms, or comparison sites
• You get what small business owners care about: cashflow, costs, time, and growth
• You write with clarity, personality, and empathy - no fluff, no filler
• You know your way around keyword research, on-page SEO, and content strategy basics
• You’re proactive, full of ideas, and love making a difference through your words

Bonus points if you have:
• Knowledge of business banking or UK energy and insurance markets
• A background in business journalism or advisory content
• An interest in helping build a brand from the ground up
