Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with phone and WhatsApp interactions, and have the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with drivers in Telugu, Hindi, and English to ensure seamless onboarding process.
• Collect necessary documents from drivers via WhatsApp and verify their completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain records of communication and document status for efficient tracking.
• Provide support and assistance to drivers during the onboarding process.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp and smartphones.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
