Location: Bangalore (near Bommnahalli)
Qualification – B.Arch. (Preferably Female)
Job Time: Monday to Saturday (+ A.M to 6 P.M) (2nd Saturday holiday)

Job Overview: We are seeking an Architecture Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of architecture projects. The Architecture Project Coordinator will work closely with architects to ensure that projects are completed on time.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development phases of projects, ensuring innovative and functional outcomes.
Maintain effective communication with clients, client representatives, statutory bodies, team members, and sub-consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop comprehensive project plans.
Oversee project detailing and monitor team performance.
Provide clear direction to team members and ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Track project progress and ensure alignment with the project plan.
Meet the functional objectives of the development department.
Ensure all projects adhere to required quality standards.
Set and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily targets for the team.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Experience in SketchUp.
Knowledge of elevation design, design standards, and statutory requirements. Experience in design development and detailing.
Planning and executing work in an organized manner.
Team formation and effective client interaction.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
