Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards while providing delicious meals to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment and utensils, to ensure food safety.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including upselling menu items to enhance customer experience.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Provide excellent customer service by helping customers with their orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail in food preparation and sanitation practices.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Previous experience in food service or food handling is a plus but not mandatory.
