Job Description:

The Cosmetic Trainer Specialist will be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions for beauticians, pedicurists, and makeup artists on proper skin care and makeup techniques. This includes educating staff on the latest industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing training sessions and materials
• Conducting trials and assessments of staff performance
• Providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and salon performance
• Utilizing software to analyze sales reports and track staff performance
• Presenting summary reports to management on staff performance and sales tracking

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cosmetology certification
• Experience as a certified trainer and skin specialist
• Course in skin products and makeup
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry
