PE Teacher, Full-time or Part-Time Position, Northampton Based, QTS needed
Hays is working with a school in Corby that seeks a dynamic and qualified Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional PE instruction, inspiring students to develop a lifelong passion for physical activity, and contributing meaningfully to the department's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive PE lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Assess student progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Encourage and facilitate student participation in extracurricular sports programs.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to advance the department's goals.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience teaching PE in a UK school setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum for Physical Education.
• Exceptional classroom management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire students.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
• Relevant coaching qualifications in specific sports.
• Experience teaching PE in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• A strong record of organising and leading successful school sports teams.
