Dunzo Customer Care: Tamil and English
Swiggy Customer Care: Telugu and English
Airtel Retention Process: Tamil or Malayalam with English
Meesho Customer Care: Kannada with English
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Any Graduates / Diploma (BE can also apply)
Should possess Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi or Malayalam or Kannada or Tamil
Age should be below 30 years.
JOB PROFILE:
Voice support for E Commerce / Telecom Customers in PAN India.
Handle calls from Chennai to across India for customer positively and professionally.
Provide required feedback solutions to issues that have been raised.
Deal with a wide range of potential Customer information database.
Salary: 12500 /- to 18500/- fixed CTC + Incentives.
Job Timings: Day Shift Timings
Work Location: Chennai.
