Telesales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Petishh.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales deals over the phone for our pet products. The candidate will be required to have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for pets.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers through phone calls and emails to promote Petishh.com's pet products and services
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services to meet their requirements
Provide customers with accurate information on product features, prices, and availability
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Update customer information in the company database
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases and address any complaints or issues they may have
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Passion for pets and knowledge of pet care products is preferred
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
