Using process knowledge in replying to customers.

Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers
Meeting SLAs maintaining Quality Standards
Good command in verbal and written English.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.

Minimum 6 month of Inbound BPO experience
