Location: Delhi (Heading North East) , Chennai / Bengaluru(Heading South India)

Job Summary: The Sales Head – NE for the Acute Care Business Division will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the North East region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for the division. This role requires a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and point of care diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets for the Point of Care Business Division.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the point of care diagnostics market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of point of care diagnostics and the healthcare market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
