To install, maintain, and repair fire protection plumbing systems including pipelines, valves, pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and water supply networks in accordance with fire safety standards and building codes.
• Install and repair fire sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire hose reels, and standpipe systems.
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and schematics for fire suppression plumbing layouts.
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools.
• Connect piping systems to water mains, pumps, tanks, and control valves.
• Ensure all installations comply with NFPA standards or local fire safety codes.
• Perform pressure testing and flushing of fire systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, and other system failures.
• Work with other trades (electricians, civil workers) for integrated fire protection system setups.
• Maintain records of installations, repairs, and testing.
• Comply with all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site regulations.
Requirements:
• Good understanding of fire protection piping systems.
• Skilled in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Physically fit and capable of working in varied environments.
Qualifications:
• ITI Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fire fighting or MEP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification or experience with fire fighting installation projects.
• Knowledge of hydraulic calculations and water flow testing.
• Familiarity with project sites (especially commercial or industrial buildings).
